You can rebook your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the course starts or simply transfer your ticket to someone else (possible at any time).

If you'd rather cancel completely, that is free of charge up to 7 days in advance.

Your pouring painting is ready for collection after 7 days – by then we have packed it and it is completely dry.

You'll find the pickup times in the menu under “Abholzeiten” (pickup times).

If you don't live in Hamburg, you can easily add shipping to your booking and we'll send your artwork safely to your home.

Depending on the course, there is room for between 14 and 16 participants. That leaves enough space for personal tips, questions and exchange.

It's best to wear something that can handle a few paint splashes.
Of course, we provide aprons and gloves.

It's best to arrive 10–15 minutes before the course starts so you can settle in, get a drink and choose your spot.

Yes, our studio in the Speicherstadt is accessible.

On weekdays from 6:00 pm and all day at weekends there is free parking right outside the door. There is also a car park right next door.

We will definitely keep your works with us for a while so you have enough time to collect them. It's best to collect your painting within 2 months.

We store most paintings for a longer time, but after about a year we can no longer guarantee that they are still there.

Visit the workshop page you want, choose your date, set the number of places and click “Add to cart”. After checkout you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

Yes! We offer special formats for team events, company events and hen parties (JGA) as well as private groups. Just get in touch – we'll plan your creative experience together.

Yes, gladly! Our website offers both workshop vouchers for specific courses and value vouchers that can be redeemed flexibly.

We don't offer separate English courses, but the instructor can give explanations in English on request. English-speaking guests are very welcome!

In rare cases a course may be cancelled – for example due to short-notice illness of the instructor with no replacement available, or if fewer than 5 participants have booked. In that case we will inform you as early as possible and offer you a free rebooking or a full refund.
